Daily Planning
With daily planning, the au pair can indicate each day whether they'll eat at home and sleep at home. The family sees this on the dashboard, so everyone knows what to expect.
How it works
The au pair sees a card on the dashboard with two simple toggles:
- Eating: At home or Away
- Sleeping: At home or Away
The family sees the answers on their own dashboard right away. This way you know whether to set an extra plate at the table.
Enabling it
Daily planning is optional. The family enables it via Dashboard > Settings > Household. If the au pair hasn't filled in the daily plan yet, the family can tap Send reminder on the dashboard to send an immediate push notification. The settings also show a Reminder time field; that automatic reminder is not sent yet.
The Send reminder button appears on the daily planning card as soon as the au pair hasn't filled it in yet, so you never have to guess whether to set an extra plate.
