The feedback page lets both family members and au pairs share their thoughts about Opairly. Whether it's a bug report, feature idea, or a rating — your input helps improve the app.

Feedback types

Choose from four types when submitting feedback:

• Feedback — general comments about the app
• Bug report — something isn't working as expected
• Feature request — an idea for a new feature or improvement
• Rating — rate your experience with a star rating (1–5)

Each type has its own color and icon, so your past submissions are easy to scan.

Submitting feedback

1. Select the feedback type
2. Write your message (optional for ratings)
3. Click Submit

For ratings, you also select a star score from 1 to 5. A label shows what each score means (e.g., "Excellent" for 5 stars).

Testimonial opt-in

When submitting a rating, you can check the testimonial option. This allows Opairly to display your rating and message on the website as a testimonial. You can manage this preference at any time.

Past submissions

Below the form, you'll find a history of all your previous feedback submissions with their type, date, and content.
