Emergency Information
The emergency information page brings together all important contacts and instructions in one central place — so your au pair knows exactly what to do in an emergency.
112 Emergency Banner
At the top of the page, a prominent banner displays the number 112 and the home address. This ensures your au pair always has the address at hand when calling emergency services.
Household Contacts
Fill in the contact details for:
- General practitioner — name, phone number, and address
- Hospital — name, phone number, and address
- Pharmacy — name, phone number, and address
This information is visible to all household members including the au pair.
Medical Information per Child
For each child, you can record medical details:

- Medical conditions — chronic or relevant conditions
- Medications — current medications and dosage
- Blood type — A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+, AB-, O+, or O-

Emergency Contacts per Child

Contacts are displayed grouped by child, making it immediately clear who to call.
Emergency Procedures
Create step-by-step instructions for emergencies, such as:
- What to do during an allergic reaction
- Evacuation route in case of fire
- Procedure for illness or injury
Family members can add, edit, and delete procedures.
Completion Checklist
Family members see a checklist that tracks which information has been filled in — from home address and GP details to medical data and emergency contacts per child. This way you can be sure everything is complete.
