Agencies and the IND often require documentation about your au pair's work arrangements for IND visa applications. Opairly generates these documents directly from your data — no manual formatting needed.

Exporting the weekly schedule

From the Calendar page, export the current week's schedule as PDF or Excel.

• PDF — A4 landscape, two pages. Page 1 contains the task grid and an hours summary. Page 2 has signature fields for the au pair and host parents.
• Excel — A single sheet with the full schedule and hours summarized below.

Click the export button in the top-right corner of the calendar and choose your format.

Exporting house rules

On the House Rules page, export all rules as PDF or Excel.

• PDF — A4 portrait, rules grouped by category and numbered. Includes a signature area at the bottom.
• Excel — A single sheet with Category, Rule, and Description columns.

File naming

Files are automatically named with the date:

• opairly-weekly-schedule-2025-02-10.pdf
• opairly-house-rules-2025-02-12.xlsx
